14 years ago, I came with a bag full of dreams some of them has accomplished, some are in the process and a few of them are far to become real but I'm still a dreamer who fights to let the world know that Hispanic people are human beings with dreams, studies and wonderful families as any other race. I'm from Ecuador, a small country in South America, where you can find the most beautiful landscapes in the world. I have a degree in International Business Administration from UCSG (Gye-Ecuador). Since I was a child, I have a passion for food due to my grandmother, Vilma Marmol, she is a talented baker who inspired me to get into the food industry. I learnt to work all the stations in a commercial kitchen but the pastry and bakery department caught my attention. I took some classes to improve my skills and until these days I keep updating my knowledge in order to offer a good quality baked goods. After my 2 pregnancies, I developed overweight and food sensibility to gluten and preservatives commonly used on processed food. After a few visits to my doctor, I took the decision to change my lifestyle and diet. It has been a challenging road with ups and downs but successfully I lost some weight and my quality of life improve 100%. During this process, I learnt to create recipes that allow me to eat the food I like and keeping the pounds away. I’m still fighting this battle but now I understood the process, this is why due to my food sensibilities, I developed a new line of gluten-free/healthy baked goods, these products will help people with food intolerance to keep eating delicious and healthy sweet treats.
